The Three PPP Pillars of AgDR v0.2

Policy = PPP
(Provenance · Place · Purpose)

The precise meaning of each P is of the beholder and is captured verbatim at the exact moment of inference.

Pillar Meaning (of the beholder) What It Captures at Inference Instant Why It Matters
Provenance Where we are today Current state, stakeholders, context, “what’s in it for me” (WIIFM) Proves who decided and that the record is authentic from the first moment
Place Where we are going Intended destination, target state, “what success looks like” Proves the decision was aimed at a lawful and intended outcome
Purpose Why we are going Explicit reason, desired agent behaviour, “how” we get there (closed by Beauty, Truth & Wisdom) Proves genuine intent and fiduciary motivation

How the Pillars Work Together

At the exact “i” point (inference instant), the Atomic Kernel Inference (AKI) captures all three pillars atomically in one indivisible transaction.

This creates the first mathematically guaranteed contemporaneous record of agent decisions.
